Civil Grand Jury – County of Nevada
Volunteer for the Nevada County Civil Grand Jury and be part of California’s “democracy watchdog” to monitor government efficiency and ensure your tax dollars are spent wisely. Applications are accepted year-round.

Required qualifications:
- US citizen
- At least 18 years of age
- County resident for at least one year
- Read and write English
- Not currently serving on a trial jury
- Not currently an elected official
- Not a public agency board member
- Never convicted of a felony
