Gala Volunteer

We’re preparing for one of the most meaningful and memorable evenings of the year—our annual Gala on May 30th—and we would love to have you be part of it.

 

This special event brings our community together for an evening of great food, live music, and inspiring generosity, all in support of our neighbors across Nevada County. But behind every successful gala is a dedicated team of volunteers who help make the night run smoothly—and that’s where you come in.

 

We’re currently recruiting volunteers for a variety of roles, including:

  • Event setup and décor
  • Guest check-in and greeting
  • Auction support
  • General event assistance
  • Cleanup at the end of the evening

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Volunteer slots run from 2 to 5 hours
  • Lots of different things to choose from

It takes lots of hands to make the Gala as wonderful as it can be. There are volunteer opportunities to help before, during, and after the event. With so many options, there's bound to be something that sounds fun to you. We would be grateful for any help you can provide.
